Tyler Spielman

Tyler Spielman is an accomplished technology operations leader with extensive experience in incident management, IT service management, and organizational transformation. Currently serving as the Director of Technology Operations, Production Support, and Technology Enablement at Save A Lot since April 2020, Tyler has established a Technology Operations Center that integrates critical processes such as incident and knowledge management. Previously, Tyler held several managerial roles at Express Scripts, where responsibilities included guiding the Service Management Office and driving ITIL process adherence while leading teams in high-pressure healthcare environments. Tyler's early career includes serving as a Technology Specialist in the United States Marine Corps, where management of communication equipment and incident resolution were critical to mission readiness. Tyler holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Lindenwood University, complemented by specialized training from the Marine Corps Communications and Electronics School.
