Cathy Skula

Cathy Skula currently serves as the Board Director and Chairman of the Compensation Committee at Save A Lot since December 2022. Previously, Cathy Skula held the position of Operating Partner and Executive Board Chair at The Riverside Company from August 2022 to March 2024, collaborating with the management teams of portfolio companies to foster accountability and performance. From May 2004 to April 2022, Cathy Skula was the President & CEO of Rent-A-Center Franchising, overseeing business development and operational strategies across 500 locations and achieving $500 million in system-wide revenue. Additional roles at Rent-A-Center included Executive Vice President of Franchising & Retail Operations, Division Vice President, and Regional Director. Cathy Skula was also a Board Member of the Association of Progressive Rental Associations from June 2017 to April 2018. Educational credentials include a BA in Russian/Soviet Area Studies from Dickinson College and completion of the Women’s Director Development Program at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
