Harleen Sangha

Harleen Sangha is an experienced professional in recruitment, retention, and leadership development, currently serving as the Manager of Recruitment & Retention at Save-On-Foods since August 2007. Previously, Harleen held various positions at Save-On-Foods, including Leadership Planning & Development Specialist, Assistant Store Manager, Supervisor, Deli Manager, and Clerk. Additionally, Harleen worked as an Administrative Assistant for the Ministry of Children and Family Development from September 2015 to October 2016 and was the Director of Marketing & Social Media for the Capilano Human Resources Management Association between October 2013 and January 2015. Harleen holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management from Capilano University and completed a Leader Development Program through PowerED by Athabasca University, along with studies at the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland in 2013.
