Paul Cope

Paul Cope has extensive experience in retail operations, currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Retail Operations at Save-On-Foods since October 2020. Prior to this role, Paul held the position of Vice President of BC Operations at Save-On-Foods from May 2017 to the present. Additionally, Paul was the General Manager of COS Merchandising and Regional Director focused on Asian business development from 2015 to 2017 at Save-On-Foods, a division of the Overwaitea Food Group. Paul Cope’s educational background includes studies at Thompson Rivers University, Hope Senior Secondary, and the University of the Fraser Valley.
