Eleftheria (Ritsa) C. is currently the COO & VP Operations at Save the Children Canada since May 2024, overseeing compliance and risk management. With over two decades of experience at Save the Children US, Ritsa has held various roles such as Head of Compliance Risk and Operations, Associate Vice President Grants & Contracts Policy and Compliance, and Senior Director of Grants & Contracts Policy and Compliance. Eleftheria (Ritsa) has also managed commodity operations and served as Treasurer on the Board of Directors for Save the Children Kenya and Madagascar. Ritsa holds a BA in Spanish from Sacred Heart University.
