Ricardo Ribas

Ricardo Ribas is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and management roles across various companies. Currently serving as Regional Managing Director and Board Member at Hays since October 2022 and as an Investor at GGR and Board Member at Save the Children Colombia both since November and September 2023, respectively. Prior roles include Board Member at INTRARE and Regional Director at Page Outsourcing, where responsibilities included business strategy development and project management for the RPO Business in Mexico and Central America. With a career that began at Page Personnel, where Ricardo progressed from Intern to Executive Manager, notable achievements include receiving multiple awards such as the Platinum Club Award and Top Fee Maker Award.
