Elias K.

Elias K. has a diversified work experience in various organizations. Elias started their career as a Consultant at Hogrefe Consult in 2011 and worked there until 2013. From 2013 to 2017, they worked as a Research and Evaluation Officer at MICT - Media in Cooperation and Transition. Following that, Elias joined EJF gemeinnützige AG as a Project Coordinator from 2016 to 2018. In 2019, they worked at Oxfam as a Grants Controlling and Compliance Officer. Currently, Elias holds the position of Deputy Head of Project Finance at Save The Children Deutschland, a role they have been serving since June 2023. Additionally, they also worked as a Manager of Project Controlling at Save The Children Deutschland since December 2019.

Elias K. completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Banking and Financial Support Services at Damascus University from 2002 to 2007. Elias then pursued further education and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Economics from the University of Potsdam from 2010 to 2013.
