Abhijeet Nirmal

Abhijeet Nirmal is a seasoned professional in child protection and advocacy with over 15 years of experience in managing and developing programs related to child rights, anti-human trafficking, and disaster response. Currently serving as the Deputy Director of Child Protection at Bal Raksha Bharat, Abhijeet previously held managerial positions at Tata Trusts and Save the Children, where responsibilities included project management, policy advocacy, and strategic planning. Abhijeet led significant initiatives such as the nationwide campaign against child labor and has extensive experience in research, budget analysis, and emergency response. Abhijeet's academic qualifications include a Master of Social Work from Jamia Millia Islamia and a Diploma in Disaster Management from SEEDS.
