Ann Linnarsson

Ann Linnarsson has extensive experience in leadership roles within international organizations focused on human rights and child welfare. Currently serving as the Global Lead for Locally Led Delivery at Save the Children International since March 2017, Linnarsson also holds the position of Director for the Regional Civil Society Support Program for Latin America and the Caribbean from May 2023 to April 2025. Previous roles include Technical Consultant for the Human Rights Commission of Panama with the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights, as well as various consultant positions with UNICEF in the areas of adolescence, gender, and HIV/AIDS. Linnarsson began a notable career in child protection at UNICEF, working in various capacities from Child Protection Officer to Specialist from 2005 to 2013. Linnarsson holds a Master's degree in Law, with a focus on Human Rights, from Stockholm University.
