Bester Mulauzi

Bester Mulauzi is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in program development and quality management within the humanitarian sector. Currently serving as the Director of Technical Resources and Quality at Save the Children International since August 2019, Bester has held multiple leadership roles, including Global Director for Program Strategy Development and Quality, Chief Impact Officer (Interim), and Country Director for Tanzania. Prior experience includes a position as Partnerships and Business Development Advisor at UNOPS, where Bester led business development and partnerships in South Sudan, and various roles within Save the Children International and other organizations focused on monitoring, evaluation, and program quality. Bester holds a Master of Science in Strategy and Knowledge Management from the University of Derby, a Bachelor of Science in Demography and Social Statistics from the University of Malawi, and a Graduate Certificate in Project Management from the University of South Africa.
