Dr Jessica Hazelwood

Dr. Jessica Hazelwood is a seasoned legal and policy expert currently serving as a Senior Legal and Policy Advisor at Save the Children International since July 2023. Prior experience includes roles such as Security and Justice Expert at Cordaid, WPS Advisor P4 at UN Women, and Advocacy Advisor at Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF). Dr. Hazelwood has an extensive academic background, holding a D.Phil in Law from King's College London, an LL.M from University College Dublin, and a Bachelor of Laws from Griffith College Dublin, as well as a Bachelor of Nursing from the University of Ballarat. Additional experience includes various delegate positions with the International Committee of the Red Cross.
