Mohamed Abdiwahab

Mohamed Abdiwahab has extensive experience in financial management and compliance, currently serving as the Deputy Finance Director at Save the Children International since January 2017. Mohamed has held various key positions within the organization, including Head of Financial Control and Compliance and Finance Manager. Prior to this role, experience includes working as an Administrative Associate - Asset Management at UNDP, Finance Coordinator at the Danish Refugee Council, and Finance Officer at Save the Children. Early career includes serving as a Finance and Administrative Officer at Adeso and as an Accounting and Finance Lecturer at Mogadishu University. Mohamed holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Finance from Kampala University and a Bachelor of Accounting from Mogadishu University.
