Udani Ariyarathna

Udani Ariyarathna is a seasoned professional in human resources with extensive experience at Save the Children International since July 2017, where roles have included Global People Systems Administrator, Regional HRIS and Compensation Coordinator for Asia, Human Resources and Administration Coordinator, Senior Human Resources and Administration Officer, and HR and Admin Officer. Prior to this, Udani worked as a Human Resources Assistant at RKLS from September 2016 to June 2017 and completed an internship at Sampath Bank from February 2016 to August 2016. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Labor Relations and Human Resource Management from the University of Colombo (2020-2021), a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura (April 2013 - December 2016), and a Certificate Level in Accounting and Finance from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka.
