Matt Reynolds currently holds the position of Head of Volunteering at Save the Children UK since April 2020. Previously, Matt served in various roles at the World Association of Girl Guides and Girl Scouts, including Interim Director of Corporate Services and Head of Strategy and Risk. As a freelance consultant at MJ Reynolds Consulting, expertise was provided in areas such as monitoring and evaluation, donor reporting, project and budget planning, and policy improvements for international development NGOs. Matt's extensive experience at VSO includes roles as Monitoring and Evaluation Manager and Youth Volunteering Manager. Additionally, Matt served as a trustee for MySI and worked as a Special Education Assistant at Mountain Ash Comprehensive School. Matt graduated from the University of Oxford with a degree in Archaeology & Anthropology in 2003.
