Sarah Potter has a diverse work experience across several companies. Sarah started their career as a Planner at ICI in 1986 before moving on to work as a Marketing and Consumer Insight Consultant at Experian. Sarah then joined OgilvyOne Worldwide in 1992, where they held various roles including Head of Analytics, Head of Consulting, and Managing Partner. At OgilvyOne, they successfully led the transformation of a new office in Japan into a market leader in digital and social marketing. In 2005, Sarah joined Crown Agents as the Knowledge and Communications Director, where they played a pivotal role in transforming customer and stakeholder engagement, resulting in revenue growth and a change in stakeholder perceptions. Finally, Sarah joined Save the Children UK in 2014 and held various Director roles, including Director of CRM and Insight, Director of Individual Giving and Supporter Experience, Director of Marketing Effectiveness, CRM and Insight, and Director of Strategic Planning, Innovation, and Insight.

Sarah Potter has a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Physics from the University of Birmingham, which they obtained from 1982 to 1985. Sarah also holds a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Statistics/Operational Research from Lancaster University, which they completed from 1985 to 1986. Lastly, Sarah obtained a Master of Science (MSc) degree in International Development from the University of Bath, where they studied from 2004 to 2005.
