Douglas M. serves as the Managing Director of Talent Attraction & Acquisition at Save the Children US since April 2021, bringing extensive experience from Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF), where a career spanned over 12 years in various HR roles including Field HR Recruitment Team Manager and Emergency HR Coordinator. Prior to this, Douglas held positions at Square Peg Productions as Artistic Director and was self-employed as a Theater Director and Producer from 1996 to 2008, directing numerous productions in New York and regional theaters. Education includes a Master of Fine Arts from Boston University, a Bachelor of Arts from The American University of Paris, and a Certificate in Human Resources Management from Cornell University ILR School.
