Reshmi Das has worked in various HR roles from 2022 to 2023. Reshmi started in Movidu Technology Pvt Ltd as an HR, where they maintained human resource records, verified background checks, issued forms and applications, and explained benefit programs to employees. Later, they worked in SoftTech Engineers Ltd as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, handling end-to-end recruitment processes, creating job descriptions, sourcing profiles, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews. Reshmi'slast role was as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Saven Tech, where they worked on recruitment strategies, collaborated with business teams and hiring managers, and was proficient using job portals such as Naukri, monster, Linkedin, and Indeed.

Reshmi Das obtained a Master of Business Administration degree, specializing in Human Resources, from The ICFAI University, Tripura from 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, from 2016 to 2019, they completed their Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from Tripura University.
