Javier Roza

Javier Roza is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within the food and dairy sectors. Since August 2008, Javier has served as Director General for Spain and Portugal at SAVENCIA and holds the position of Directeur Général Europe du Sud, overseeing operations in Spain, Portugal, and Turkey. Javier is currently the President of Inlac Interprofesional Láctea de España and has been an Associate Professor at Instituto de Empresa since February 2007. Previous leadership positions include President of Federación Nacional de Industrias Lácteas and Vice President and co-founder of Compromiso Asturias XXI. Javier has also held significant roles in companies such as Schweppes Iberia and Unilever Europe. Educational credentials include a Ph.D. in Economic and Business Sciences from Universidad Complutense de Madrid, an MBA from IE Business School, and a degree in Biological Sciences from Universidad de Oviedo.
