Matthieu Cailler

Matthieu Cailler is an experienced HR professional currently serving as HR Director for SAVENCIA IT & Digital Services and Group Head of Compensation, Benefits & HRIS since February 2018. Prior to this role, Matthieu held key positions at Johnson & Johnson, including HR Services Lead for France and Compensation and Benefits Manager, where responsibilities involved managing HR transactional activities and leading harmonization processes for HR policies. Matthieu also worked at The Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson & Johnson as a Senior HR Business Partner, supporting various departments and engaging in labor relations. In earlier experience at GSK, Matthieu acted as an HR Business Partner for the Sales Division, managing recruitment and restructuring plans. Matthieu is currently pursuing a DESS de Droit Social et Gestion des Ressources Humaines at Université Paris Nanterre.
