Rachit Bansal

Rachit Bansal is an experienced finance professional with a diverse background in financial management, accounting, and strategic planning across multiple sectors. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer for Southern Asia at SAVENCIA since December 2016, Rachit leads the establishment of a Financial Shared Service Centre for Greater China and emerging Asian markets, managing a team of over 30 professionals and overseeing significant financial operations for seven subsidiaries. Previous roles include CFO for India at SAVENCIA, where Rachit played a key role in business restructuring and compliance with GST, Associate Head of Finance & Accounts at Perfetti Van Melle India Pvt Ltd, and Sr Manager of Finance at Moser Baer Solar Ltd. Rachit's extensive experience encompasses financial reporting, treasury management, process improvement, and the implementation of robust internal control environments, supported by academic credentials including a Master’s degree in Financial Management from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a Bachelor of Commerce from Mahatma Jyotiba Phule Rohilkhand University.
