Cyril Thybaut

Cyril Thybaut is an experienced professional in plant management with a demonstrated track record in the glass manufacturing industry. Currently serving as the General Manager at the RAK Plant for Saverglass since December 2021, Cyril previously held the position of Plant Manager at O-I from July 2015 to August 2021 and at Riedel Group from November 2012 to June 2015, where significant improvements such as an 8% yield increase were achieved. Prior experience includes a role as Production Manager at VERRERIES BROSSE SAS for a brief period in 2012 and serving as Deputy to the Plant Manager, during which performance management initiatives were introduced. Cyril holds an Executive degree in Business Administration and Management from Vlerick Business School and a PhD in Physics from ETH Zürich.
