Helen Slucki

Helen Slucki has a diverse and extensive work experience. Helen started their career as an HR Administrator at Ted's Camera Stores/The General Trader in 2006. Helen then moved on to Programmed Group, where they served as an HR Assistant and later as an Organizational Development Coordinator. In 2010, Helen joined Ted's Camera Stores/The General Trader again, this time as an HR Business Partner. Helen founded their own company, RARE - a people practice, in 2017. Helen also worked at Murray River Organics as the Director of People & Culture from 2020 to 2021. Currently, they hold the position of People & Culture Manager and Director, People Services Australia at Savers | Value Village since 2021. In addition, Helen has had significant experience in the education sector, specifically in roles at the College of Charleston, where they served as the Executive Director JSU/Hillel, Associate Director of Admissions, and Assistant Director of Admissions. Overall, Helen Slucki has strong expertise in HR and organizational development, along with a demonstrated commitment to people and culture management.

Helen Slucki obtained a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from Deakin University, with an expected completion in 2023. Helen also completed a Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management from Deakin University, which was completed between 2020 and 2021. In addition, they hold a Certificate III in Business Administration from MEGT. Helen Slucki has additional certifications as a Situational Leadership: Building Leaders Certified Trainer from The Center for Leadership Studies, obtained in 2021, and as an RYT-200 (registered 200 hour yoga teacher) from Yoga Alliance.
