Jeremy Ross has extensive work experience in the field of human resources, with a focus on employee relations, staffing, and training and development. Jeremy began their career at KB Toys in 1996, where they held various roles including Regional Human Resources Manager, Field Recruiter, and Training Manager until 2009. In 2010, they joined Savers | Value Village as Regional Human Resource Manager and later became the Regional People Services Manager.
