Karen Douglas

Karen Douglas, FMP, currently serves as Facilities Program Manager for Innovation and Optimization at Savers | Value Village, a role held since February 2022. Prior experience includes positions at Amazon as Operations Leader, and a longstanding tenure at H&M, where Karen progressed through multiple roles, including Regional Facilities Manager and District Facilities Manager, among others. Additional experience includes positions in loss prevention at Pacific Paramount and Nordstrom, as well as an early role in inventory management at Home Depot. Karen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from California State University, Long Beach, and an Associate of Arts degree from Cypress College. In 2020, Karen earned the Facility Management Professional (FMP) credential from IFMA.
