Kevin Howard has extensive work experience in the field of operations. Kevin began their career in 2008 as a Technician at Vivint, where they evaluated and installed equipment for customers' security and home automation needs. Kevin installed and serviced over 10,000 systems and provided detailed system capabilities and operational instructions. In addition, they served as the Corporate Trainer for Vivint, where they oversaw training for the customer care department, created curriculum and structure for seamless transition from new hire to customer care professional, designed a process for instruction, created employee handbooks for both new hires and new trainers, developed quantitative/qualitative training processes to further the development of trainers, and taught technical support, customer support, sales, and persuasive communication skills.
In 2015, Kevin moved to Tesla, where they served as a Training Instructor for the Tesla Academy. Kevin presented technical training on products, systems, and protocols. In 2019, they joined SmartShyp as a Customer Success Manager. Most recently, in 2020, they began working as a Senior Technician - Operations for Savi Solutions.
Kevin Howard obtained their Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Brigham Young University in 2011. In 2014, they obtained a Certified Training Facilitator certification from the University of Utah - David Eccles School of Business.
