Nikhil Jangir

Nikhil Jangir has a diverse and extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Nikhil started their career in 2010 as a Telecom Engineer at krafters telecom services (P) Ltd. In 2010, they moved to Select Source International where they served as a Sr. Executive-Technical Recruitment, responsible for complete life cycle recruitment process. In 2013, they joined Mindlance as a Recruitment Lead, where they provided talent acquisition services to various clients in different industries. In 2014, they took on the role of Assistant Manager US Staffing at Saviance, a leader in Digital Health and Healthcare IT Solutions. Nikhil later grew in the company and became the Head of Staffing & Recruitment Operations, and then Director of Global Staffing & Recruitment Operations. In 2019, they joined BigRio as the Director of Global Staffing Operations & Delivery, where they specialized in Big Data, AI, Machine Learning, and Custom Software solutions for the Healthcare industry. Throughout their career, Nikhil has gained valuable experience in various aspects of recruitment and staffing operations, particularly in the healthcare and technology sectors.

Nikhil Jangir has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resources Management and IT Services from Shridhar University. Nikhil also holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from the University of Rajasthan. Additionally, they have a BE/BTech degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering from the same university. Nikhil has obtained additional certifications in Entrepreneurship Skill Development from the Indian Institute of Technology, Patna in 2023, and in English Comprehension from Aspiring Minds in 2014.
