Sudarshan Godara has over nine years of experience in talent acquisition and recruitment, currently serving as a Senior Recruitment Manager at Saviance Technologies since November 2018. Sudarshan has played a key role in assisting clients in the US, Europe, and India with their Digital Transformation in the healthcare sector, focusing on patient engagement. Prior to Saviance, Sudarshan worked at TalentBurst as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, contributing to the staffing and payroll needs of clients, and held positions at US Tech Solutions and Innodata Inc., specializing in pharmaceutical and scientific recruitment and medical records analysis, respectively. Educationally, Sudarshan holds a Bachelor of Technology in Biotechnology from Kurukshetra University, completed in 2014.
