Amber Williams

Amber Williams is a Managing Consultant at Saville Assessment since September 2023, following a role as Account Manager at Cappfinity from April to September 2023. Prior experience includes serving as a Consulting Business Psychologist, Senior Business Psychologist, Business Psychologist, and Junior Assistant Psychologist at Lexxic from July 2017 to March 2023. Amber also worked as a Learning and Development Coordinator at TLT LLP for a brief period in early 2017 and gained initial experience in HR systems at Strutt & Parker. Academic qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Occupational Psychology from the University of the West of England and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Plymouth.
