Leanne Adams is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in managing service delivery and driving process improvement across various organizations. Currently serving as a Managing Consultant at Veran Performance since August 2023, Leanne has previously held significant roles at Oxfam, including Deputy Head of Service, where responsibility encompassed change management, release management, and overseeing service delivery management for over 60 employees. At RM Education, Leanne excelled as a Service Delivery Manager, managing services for online assessments and negotiating service level agreements. Leanne's career began at Toys R Us as a Sales Floor Manager, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business/Managerial Economics from the University of Plymouth.
