Randy Padiernos has over 15 years of experience in customer service and operations management within the real estate and contact center industries. Currently serving as the Residential Operations Manager at Savills Middle East since June 2025, Randy previously held significant roles at Betterhomes, including Head of Customer Success and Customer Experience/Contact Centre Manager, where responsibilities encompassed team development, resource planning, and project coordination. Additional experience includes positions such as Personal Assistant to the Managing Director and Conveyancing Administrator, focusing on administrative efficiency and client relations. Prior roles at RSH (Middle East) LLC and TELUS International Philippines involved direct customer sales and fraud analysis, showcasing a comprehensive understanding of customer needs and operational compliance.
