Janet Woods

Janet Woods is the Executive Vice President, Northeast Region Lead at Savills North America. Janet has over 25 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry.

Janet began their career at Cushman & Wakefield, where they held various positions over a 10-year period, including Executive Managing Director. In this role, they were part of the executive team that led the Tri-State area for DTZ/Cassidy Turley prior to the merger. Janet was also a broker and advisor to commercial occupiers for real estate transactions, and co-lead the National Not-for-Profit Practice Group.

In October 2015, Janet joined Stan Johnson Company as the Regional Managing Director - East Coast. In this role, they were responsible for the leadership and development of Stan Johnson Company’s East Coast business, including company expansion plans, recruiting producers, launching additional branches and supporting overall company growth initiatives. Janet was also the National Group Leader for the Corporate Finance team charged with establishing SJC's first Practice Group and a member of SJC's National Executive Committee.

Janet joined Savills North America in December 2018 as the Executive Vice President, Northeast Region Lead. In this role, they are responsible for leading the Northeast region and expanding Savills' presence in North America.

Janet Woods studied at Fordham University.
