L. Stanton Towne

L. Stanton Towne is executive vice president, general counsel and director. He joined the company in 2008 after a 30-year history as an attorney in New York City, primarily representing tenants with their commercial real estate needs.

Stan was previously a partner with the law firm McDermott Will & Emery and with Towne, Dolgin, Sawyier & Horton, a firm he co-founded and co-managed for eight years. He started his legal career with Sullivan & Cromwell.
