Robin Leow FRICS has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of facilities management. Starting in 1997, they worked in the Ministry of Defence of Singapore, managing protocol and liaison office responsibilities. In 2005, they joined Certis Cisco Singapore as a Senior Manager. In 2008, they became an Executive Director at Sino Noble Asset Management P/L. From 2013 to 2015, they worked as the Director of Facilities Management and Head of Business at Cushman & Wakefield (formerly DTZ), overseeing operations and conducting business development. Robin then joined Electrocomponents as the Head of Facilities and Property, Asia Pacific, from 2015 to 2016. From 2016 to 2019, they served as the Head of Integrated Facilities Management at Bintai Kindenko Private Limited, where they had extensive responsibilities in business development, PnL, and operations management. Currently, they hold senior leadership positions at Savills Singapore, starting as the Senior Director and eventually becoming the Managing Director / Head of Facilities Management.
Robin Leow FRICS has an Executive Management Programme from MIT Sloan School of Management. Robin also holds a Master's Degree in Real Estate from the National University of Singapore and a Master's Degree in Business Management with First Class Honours from University College Dublin. Robin completed their Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of South Australia. Robin is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) with a specialization in Facilities Management Pathway. Additionally, they have a Green Mark Accredited Professional (FM) Certification from the Building Construction Authority. Robin is also a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson certified by the Council For Estate Agencies of Singapore (CEA).
