Andrea Rodriguez Ruiz

Andrea Rodriguez Ruiz has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources and People Management. Andrea started their career in Accenture as an Organization/Change Management Consultant, working on various projects related to human performance, change management, and competency-based training. Andrea then moved on to Bouygues Immobilier as the HR Director for Spain and Portugal, where they were responsible for leading all people functions of the organization and overseeing health and safety and office management. After that, they joined Hilti España as the Head of Human Resources and a member of the executive board. In this role, they were responsible for strategic human resource planning and positioning the company as a Top Employer. Currently, they are working as the Head of People & Culture at Savills España.

Andrea Rodriguez Ruiz obtained an Executive Master's degree in Human Resources Management from IE Business School in 2007. Andrea pursued their Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid and the University of Central Lancashire from 1993 to 1998.
