Amy Fobes

Amy Fobes has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Amy is currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Global Occupier Services & Portfolio Advisory at Savills, where they focus on developing new portfolio clients through innovative decision support and advanced global capabilities. Amy has successfully secured a new Fortune 500 industrial client during their time at Savills.

Prior to joining Savills, Amy founded and served as the Principal Consultant at Geocommunica. Amy advised global corporations on digital transformation, SaaS product development, technology investment audits, location intelligence, and strategic advantages. Amy played a key role in designing and implementing JLL's first enterprise analytical platform, resulting in significant cost savings and new consulting revenue streams for the company. Amy has extensive international experience, having worked in London, Tokyo, Singapore, Paris, Hamburg, Madrid, and Shanghai.

Amy also held the position of Vice President of Location Economics and Business Development at Lightcast. Amy led a sales and analytical team and launched a new SaaS application catering to Fortune 500 clients. Amy diversified Lightcast's business by establishing strategic links with leading global technology and investment firms.

Earlier in their career, Amy worked as a Senior Marketing Associate at Alteryx, where they played a crucial role in expanding the firm's annual conference and implementing enhancements to SaaS websites. Amy also served as a Senior Business Analyst at Sun Microsystems, overseeing the legal compliance requirements of an SaaS application.

Amy's work experience also includes a role in GIS Sales and Marketing at ESRI, where they managed the financial tracking, reporting, and analysis of a professional services team. Amy successfully won proposals for federal and state GIS projects and developed marketing materials to support GIS sales for defense and governmental departments.

Throughout their career, Amy Fobes has consistently demonstrated their expertise in decision support, analytics, and business development, contributing to the growth and success of the companies they have worked for.

Amy Fobes holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political Science and International Relations from Hamilton College. Amy has additional certifications in GIS Training from Esri.
