Patrick Moseley has extensive experience in strategic land development, currently serving as the Head of National Strategic Development and Director at Savills since June 2015. In this role, Patrick advises a diverse array of institutional and private clients across England on large-scale residential schemes, viability appraisals, and negotiations with councils and house builders. Prior to Savills, Patrick worked at Smiths Gore from September 2007 to April 2022 as a Chartered Surveyor, specializing in rural property consultancy. Patrick holds an MSc in Rural Estate Management from the Royal Agricultural University and a BA(Hons) in History & Politics from Newcastle University, along with A Levels in History, Politics, and English from Harrow School.
