Susie Bell

Susie Bell is an experienced professional in investor relations, currently serving as the Group Investor Relations Director at Savills since October 2025. Prior to this role, Susie held the same position at Vistry Group from January 2017 to October 2025 and was a Governor at Oak Lodge School between September 2020 and June 2022. Previously, Susie was the Head of Investor Relations at Barratt Developments plc (May 2008 - November 2015) and Director of Investor Relations at EMI Music (December 2003 - December 2007). Early career experience includes positions as a Media Equity Analyst at Teather & Greenwood and Investment Analyst at Altium Capital, following a tenure with UBS spanning from 1995 to 2000 as part of the Media Equity Research Team and Associate Director in Corporate Finance. Susie holds a BCOM degree in Business and Economics from The University of Edinburgh, earned between 1991 and 1995, after attending Cheltenham Ladies' College from 1987 to 1991.
