Tom Bird is the Director of Project Management at Savills, focusing on commercial property and managing construction projects from inception to completion. Previously, Tom worked as an Associate Director and Associate Project Manager at Savills, as well as a Senior Project Manager at Trident Building Consultancy Ltd, where they specialized in project management and retained core building surveying skills. Tom began their career as a Negotiator at Bridges Estate Agents and gained valuable experience as a Building Surveyor with Faithful+Gould. Tom earned a degree in Building Surveying from The University of Reading, graduating with a 2:1.
