Jeff Mindling

Jeff Mindling has extensive experience in the banking industry, specializing in credit risk and lending. Jeff is currently the Chief Credit Officer at Savings Bank of Mendocino County, a position they have held since early 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Vice President - Regional Credit Officer at Equity Bank from December 2019 to December 2020. From 2017 to 2019, Mindling worked as a Principle/Credit Risk and Lending Specialist at JHoward Consulting LLC. Jeff served as the Chief Credit Officer at BBX Capital Corporation from March 2014 to August 2017 and at Great Florida Bank in 2013. Mindling began their career at BankAtlantic in 1992, occupying various roles, including Chief Credit Officer, Manager of Loan and Credit Operations, Manager of Small Business, Middle Market and Commercial Real Estate Underwriting, and Manager of Commercial Credit.

Jeff Mindling has a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of South Florida. Jeff also holds a Master's degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Real Estate and Finance from Florida Atlantic University.
