Bianca Antonini

Bianca Antonini has a diverse work experience starting in 2018. Bianca began their career at Grupo Jedal Redentor, where they provided support in maintenance tasks, system management, and user support. From 2019 to 2021, they worked at PushStart Studio, focusing on content production, game testing, user feedback analysis, and conducting workshops. Currently, they are working at XNV as a Junior Product Analyst and Product Designer. Bianca'sresponsibilities include product discovery, development, and validation, as well as UX/UI design, data analysis, and A/B testing. Bianca has contributed to the creation of style guides, defined visual consistency, and assisted in delivering an MVP.

Bianca Antonini started their education at Prepara Cursos Profissionalizantes in 2016, where they obtained a certification as an Operador em Informática. In the same year, they also completed a Formação para o Mundo do Trabalho (FMT) program at Espro. Bianca continued their education at Espro in 2020, completing another certification in Aprendizagem em Gestão, Qualidade, Atendimento e Serviços.

In 2018, Bianca enrolled at Etec Jaraguá and pursued a degree in Ensino Técnico in the field of Técnico em Informática, which they completed in 2019.

Bianca'smost recent educational achievement is a program in Análise de Sistemas de Computação at Universidade Cruzeiro do Sul. Bianca started this program in 2020 and is expected to finish it in 2022.

Additionally, Bianca obtained several certifications in different areas. In 2021, they completed courses in Design Thinking Na Prática at Udemy, Minicurso UX Design at Digital House Brasil, and UX / UI: Fundamentos para o design de interface at Coursera. In 2020, they obtained a certification in Espanhol from Fluency Academy and completed a course in Reaprendizagem Criativa at Keep Learning School. Furthermore, they earned certifications in UX Design at Udemy in 2021 and Hotmart in 2023. Bianca also completed a course in Design Thinking para Educadores at Fundação Bradesco in 2021 and a program in Design Thinking Na Prática at Udemy in the same year.
