Andrea Glovka is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Savio House since November 2021, Andrea previously held the position of Director of Human Resources at Columbine Country Club from December 2014 to August 2022, and at Gold Standard Baking from July 2013 to July 2014. Andrea's career includes significant roles such as the Director of Human Resources at Stampede Meat, Inc. from May 2005 to January 2013, where notable achievements included the implementation of a Payroll/HRIS and a successful Safety Incentive Program. Earlier experience includes serving as the Director of Human Resources for The Infinity Group, Manager of Human Resources at the American Association of Insurance Services, and Director of Human Resources at Nanophase Technologies. Andrea holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Government from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
