Hans Beerbohm

Hans Beerbohm has a diverse and extensive work experience. Hans started their career as a Consultant at Generali Investments in 1996 and later joined Dotto ReSearch S.r.l. - Executive Search as a Senior Consultant in 2004. In 2011, they moved to Officine Tecnosider as an HR Group Manager, responsible for setting up the HR function from scratch. After four years, they joined Calzavara S.p.A. as an HR Manager, reporting directly to the business owner and overseeing various HR tasks. In 2017, they became an HR Group Manager at Snaidero Cucine, managing the HR function for all companies in the group. Currently, they are the HR Director at Danieli Group, responsible for managing the HR function for three business units. In 2023, they will join Savio Macchine Tessili S.p.A. as the Human Resources Director. Throughout their career, Hans has gained expertise in industrial relations, labor organization, HR administration, payroll, talent acquisition, and managing large teams in multinational companies.

Hans Beerbohm holds a Professional Scrum Master™ I Certification from SCRUM. ORG. Hans also obtained a Personal Profile Analysis (PPA) certification from Thomas International. Additionally, they earned a Bachelor's degree in economics from Università degli Studi di Udine Economia.
