Sunil Tonde

Sunil Tonde has extensive work experience in research and development (R&D) and quality assurance (QA) roles. Sunil currently holds the position of Vice President (R&D) at Savita Oil Technologies Limited since December 2021. Prior to that, they worked as the General Manager (R&D) at Dorf Ketal from June 2019 to December 2021. From June 2014 to June 2019, Sunil served as the Associate General Manager (R&D and QA) at Deccan Fine Chemicals Pvt. Limited.

Before that, Sunil spent six years at Bayer CropScience, where they held the positions of Sr. Manager (R&D and Quality Assurance) from September 2008 to May 2014, and Manager from September 2008 to May 2014. Prior to Bayer CropScience, they worked as an Executive at TML from June 2006 to August 2008.

Sunil's career began in 2004 when they worked as a Research Associate at the National Chemical Laboratory. Sunil also held the position of Research Associate at National Chemical Laboratory during the same period.

Sunil Tonde completed their education with a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Chemistry from Savitribai Phule Pune University. Sunil attended this university from 1995 to 1997. Later, Sunil pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Chemistry, which they obtained from an unspecified institution from 2000 to 2004.
