Chad Maxwell

Chad Maxwell has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Chad currently serves as the Director of UX at Saviynt since June 2021. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of User Experience at Frontier Communications from January 2021 to June 2021.

Chad also held various positions at Ping Identity, starting as a Senior User Experience Designer from February 2014 to January 2016. Chad then advanced to become a User Experience Manager from January 2016 to April 2018, and finally served as a Senior Manager of User Experience from April 2018 to January 2021.

Before their tenure at Ping Identity, Chad worked as a User Experience Engineer at Mitchell International from July 2010 to June 2013. Prior to that, they were a UX Designer at uShip.com from December 2008 to July 2010.

Chad's career kickstarted at Maxwell Creative Studios where they worked as a User Experience Consultant from February 2006 to April 2010. Chad also gained marketing experience as the VP of Marketing at Argus Realty Investors from March 2005 to September 2008.

Chad began their career as a Senior Graphic Designer at Designer Skin from April 2002 to April 2004.

Chad Maxwell graduated from the Art Institute of California-San Diego in 2003 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Web Page, Digital/Multimedia and Information Resources Design. In May 2021, they obtained the UserZoom Core Certification from UserZoom (now part of UserTesting).
