Lindsay Hoopes

Lindsay Hoopes has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several positions in finance and accounting roles. Lindsay began their career as an Audit Senior at Arthur Andersen & Co. in 1980 and later worked as an Audit Supervisor at Deloitte & Touche from 1985 to 1986. In 1986, they joined Abold, Privee & Associates as a Senior Audit Manager, where they successfully managed a client account and oversaw a project preparing financial statements for an initial public offering.

From 1987 to 1991, Lindsay served as a Controller at Dataphaz, Inc., managing a decentralized accounting function and coordinating a $9M initial public offering. Lindsay then joined Computerland Corporation as a Field Controller and Operations Manager for the Southwest Area, where they managed operational and administrative functions.

In 1993, Lindsay became the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Advanced Systems Consultants, Inc., an independent franchisee of MicroAge. Lindsay led the development of operational processes, implemented cash flow stabilization measures, and established strong business relationships with creditors, customers, and suppliers.

From 1994 to 1997, Lindsay served as the Vice President and Corporate Controller at Syntellect, Inc., where they led a due diligence team on a significant acquisition, facilitated departmental reorganization and downsizing, and improved collaboration and information flow within the department.

In 1997, Lindsay joined JDA Software Group, Inc. as the Vice President - Accounting, where they managed global accounting functions, developed cost controls and process improvements, and implemented cost reductions through restructuring and integration of M&A opportunities.

From 2013 to 2019, Lindsay worked at Aspect Software, Inc. as the Chief Deal Desk, where they implemented a global Deal Desk function, developed controls and policies for contracting consistency, and managed a team of contract specialists in the negotiation of customer agreements. Lindsay also proposed creative solutions in negotiating complex agreements with large customers and analyzed financial implications for key deals.

Most recently, Lindsay joined Saviynt, Inc. in 2019 as the Director - Contract Management.

Lindsay Hoopes holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Accounting from the University of Arizona.
