Nitin Gupta

Nitin Gupta has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Nitin currently works at Saviynt as the Sr. Director, Technical Training & Certification, where they drive the training strategy and oversees content development projects. Prior to this, they were the Director, Technical Training & Certification at Saviynt, where they established the training department from the ground up and led a global team.

Before joining Saviynt, Nitin worked at VMware for several years, holding various positions. As a Program Manager and Technical Curriculum Architect in the Education Services department, they provided technical guidance, led content development projects, and ensured the accuracy and relevance of the training content. Nitin also served as a Staff Technical Trainer and Content Developer, teaching VMware training courses and delivering technical workshops.

Nitin began their career at Microsoft as a Support Engineer, working with premier customers on advisory cases and performing root cause analysis for production outages. Nitin also has experience at Dell EMC as a Lead Technical Support Engineer, resolving customer tickets and providing technical training.

During their time at Convergys, Nitin served as a Senior Technical Support Engineer, troubleshooting issues for Microsoft's professional customers related to deployment, Windows Backup, and file system problems.

Nitin Gupta completed their B.Tech degree in Electronics and Communication from Punjab Technical University, which took place from 2002 to 2006.
