Juha Asikainen

Juha Asikainen currently serves as the Executive Director of the Student Union of the Savonia University of Applied Sciences, a position held since January 2015, overseeing the organization which supports all students at Savonia UAS. Additionally, Juha has been involved with Savonia University of Applied Sciences since June 2000 in various roles, including Secretary General and member of several strategic and wellness-focused teams. Holding a Master's degree in hospitality management, Juha has further education in business management and quality assurance. Leadership capabilities have been demonstrated through roles as Chairman of the Board at Organisation Services Finland SJP Ltd and the Länsi-Puijo kindergarten parents association, alongside prior secretarial positions in different organizations. Juha's background also includes experience in industrial design and project work as a designer.
