Susan Bratton has over 35 years of work experience. Susan began their career in 1985 as a Broker - International P&C, Captives at Marsh & McLennan. Susan then moved to DLJ in 1994 as an Associate, providing investment banking services to healthcare and insurance clients. In 1996, they became a Vice President at Robertson Stephens, providing investment banking services to healthcare and insurance clients. In 1998, they moved to Wasserstein Perella as a Vice President, providing investment banking services to healthcare and insurance clients. In 1999, they were hired as an Executive Director at CIBC to spearhead healthcare services investment banking area. In 2004, they founded and ran a boutique financial advisory firm, Katabiann Advisors Corp, focused on the healthcare services and insurance industries. In 2010, they volunteered in Pediatrics at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center. In 2013, they founded and commercialized Meals to Heal, the first for-profit company providing national home delivery of personalized medically-tailored meals for cancer patients. In 2015, they founded Savor Health, a digital health company that provides precision nutrition as intervention to prevent and manage cancer and other complex medical conditions. In 2019, they launched an AI-based expert platform to power an SMS-based virtual dietitian-on-demand for cancer patients. Currently, they are expanding the business to other complex, high cost conditions/patients.

Susan Bratton received a BA from Duke University and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business.
