Sarah Gleason is the Owner/Operator of Gleason Bison, a grass-fed bison operation based in Durango, CO. Sarah is also the EOV Project Director at Savory Institute, overseeing global soil science methodology. Sarah has experience in marketing and community relations at Whole Foods Market, consumer marketing coordination at Zuke's LLC, and business and development management at the Marine Fish Conservation Network. Sarah holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs.
