Alonso Castañeda currently serves as President and Board Member at PINCHO since September 2021. Additionally, since June 2020, Alonso holds the position of VP of Brand Development & Strategy at Savory Restaurant Fund, a company that specializes in strategic growth within the restaurant industry. Involvement also includes serving as a Steering Committee Member for the National Restaurant Association and as an Advisory Board Member/Senior Strategic Advisor for Branded Hospitality Ventures. Previously, Alonso worked at Four Foods Group as VP of Brand Development & Strategy, where responsibilities included leading brand growth strategies, as well as serving as Director of Sales & Compliance. Prior experience includes roles at Cafe Rio Mexican Grill and Paradise Bakery & Cafe in regional and franchise operations, focusing on coaching, development, and continuous market improvement.
